                        I'm wanting to do a diorama and need the dimensions of the Hanger Bay aircraft elevator and the hatch. Just looking at pictures online it looks to be about 46-48 feet across (the opening). 

                        Im wanting to do a Desert Storm/Shield diorama from the U.S.S. New Orleans LPH-11
