I use several brands of CA adhesives. None of the bottles I have have a date or expiration on them as purchased. I have seen info regarding storage - IE - in a sealable container or box, preferably with a desiccant pack in with it. Also, refrigerating them. I don't do any of that.
I always write the date I purchase it on the bottle with a magic marker. I have noticed that adhesive around a year or so old seems to take longer than "instant" to set. It also seems to me that it loses some strength, but that is just my opinion and I have never done any testing to verify that. Sometimes, if the bottle gets really old and has been opened and partially used, it will gel up or harden completely.
