Oh My !
Now that's what I talking about .Awesome ! . Now you want to get the top of the wave right ? Go to Wally World or Meirs and go to the fabric dept . Get some of the finest lace you can .
Now fold some over in a thin fold and glue it at the boat's bottom and across the base , leaving a rough edge sticking up . Now do this four times more With the folds being slightly wider and higher . Now on that backside ( away from the boat ) , Start building the wave top curl . Put Gesso on it . A very , very thin coat .
When you have this all in place. Take a metal comb and carefully pull the netting apart with the wet Gesso on it . If you want and you can get one ,Take a large Peanut butter Jar or Jelly jar ( plastic ) Empty and curl the wet Gesso over it , with the netting of course .
As you apply the Gesso make sure it is rough and stringy . Then start adding more Gesso , Stinging it from the Netting . You should then have a good wave started .Now raid the first aid box for cotton . After you've painted this to your liking then start addding Pulled cotton spume taking some right over the side lowest in the water .
At the stern , Bury it in spume and foam created from the same stuff , with the foam really boiling at the stern . Water splashing everywhere . But with the boat visible through it . Think Wet , Wet , WET ! ! !
I hope this helps you . T.B. Some nice work on that interior . Is that all with the kit or did you do some miniature engineering ? If so , Great Job ! ! !
