Hello Jrock83,

I'm not an expert, but my understanding is there are really only 1.5 versions of the Titanic in 1:350. The original 1/350 version was created by a long-gone company called Entex. The molds ended up in the hands of Academy/Minicraft, who has sold the 1/350 in various forms and updates. More recently, Academy/Minicraft released an updated version with several corrections for historical accuracy. They have also sold "Deluxe Editions" with some photoetch included. But all of these versions I believe can be traced back at least partially to the Entex molds.

Academy did release a newer version with brand new molds, but it is in 1:400 scale.

Here's a great website for anyone interested in building a Titanic model:

I hope this helps.

Best regards,

Jose Gonzales
