If you feel like a major project, consider that HMS Tiger shared the Colony class hull.  There are two kits of Tiger; one in 1/600 from Airfix and one originally from Frog in 1/415 that was also released by UPC, Red Star and probably a few others - maybe including Eastern Express or Novo.

In the late 60s/ early 70s, there were frequent articles in Airfix magazine about converting Airfix kits to other ships. and the conversion to a Colony was one of them.  I built HMS Jamaica from that article back then.  Since then I've squirrled away a bunch of Matchbox Tiger kits with the intention of doing that same conversion again, but haven't gotten around to it.

The really unique triple turrets were one difficulty.  For a while, White Ensign sold the turrets from their Sheffield kit, and now I think one or more of the 3D Printing designers produce them.

in short, no plastic kit, but possibilities exist.

In plastic, nothing

L’Aresenal of France made a resin 1:700 Jamaica

HP Models of Germany made several versions of the Colony-class light  cruiser in all resin/1:700 scale

Are there any models of these?

Google search reveals nothing.
