I bought this in 2008 and thought I'd better get on and build it. The casting/moulding of the deck and hull were thin and took a while to fix them together. The wood decal is home printed.

The website picture.....

The build...................

Really beautiful project...and 1st-class work on the decals!

Was it an all-resin kit?

Thanks guys. Well gregbale, as the hull and deck were so thin it may well have been plastic, but as I said it was difficult to find a suitable adhesive, but otherwise it was all resin cast.

Hello Pat,

Nice work on your speedboat.  I like the "boathouse" too.

The boat reminds me of the Glastron in Live and let die.

Just keep picking away at it...

Pat W .

Hey , You know what .That looks like a long lost AMT kit !

It was around for about a year and just disappeared !

When it was first around it had a big JOHNSON Sea Horse engine !

Nice job on that ! I do especially like the Wood decal though . Very nice !
