Hi;

 CG BOB is right on track with that . I have one in my acquarium . I took real small stainless wire and forced it through the center of the 9.5 inch squid's tentacles so I could arrange them and have them stay wher I wanted them .

 Mine is holding on to a largish crashed saucer Bubbler !

If you can't get one of the Pegasus squids, you might want to look at the Safari Ltd line.  besides toy stores and some hobby shops, the Safari line is also carried by many craft shops.  They have two sizes of giant squid;  the smaller one is 9.5"; the larger one is 18" long.  They also have some interesting dinosaurs and other sea life.

Seeking Nautilus Squid

Hey there! I posted this on the main thread but thought I would try here too. Has anybody built the Pegasus Nautilus kit and didn't wind up using the squid and rock base that comes with it? I'm doing kind of a steampunk treatment to it and I tried some new things with the squid but wound up ruining it. I would love to get my hands on another one without having to buy a whole new kit. I tried contacting Pegasus directly, and they were willing to sell me the squid and bass, but with shipping and handling it would have cost more than to just buy the kit completely from scratch. Any leads... Let me know! Much thanks!
