Anybody know if anyone makes these ?? The Trumpeter "Arizona" comes with bi-planes, which would not be correct for 1941.

Are you referring to the 1/700 Arizona? I have the Trumpeter 1/350 Arizona and it came with both biplanes and Kingfishers.

If I remember correctly, you can get Kingfishers (in both scales) from White Ensign Models. www.whiteensignmodels.com

Thanks, paulnchamp. It's the 1/350 th Arizona, but I got it like maybe 2 years ago. Seems to me it wasn't Trumpeter, but some other company. Same kit tho. Looks really great with the "Tom's modelworks" photoetched stuff. Only came with the bi-planes, though. Maybe Trumpeter added the kingfishers when they took over production ?? Added the canvas sunshield tarps fore & aft, if I ever get around to doing a diorama for it it will be appox. Dec.6, tied up along "battleship row".

Now the Arizona 1:350 comes with Mini Hobby Models brand. But it is the Trumpeter Kit.
They must have sold the kit to them.
The same with R.N. Pola 1:350.

I ordered the Curtiss biplanes for mine for WEM since I'm doing a 1939 version. These look really nice. The Kingfishers that came with my Trumpeter kit look like they were ran over by a steamroller. They look so dorky compared to the fine quality of the rest of the kit.

I bought a set of Kingfishers for my 1:350 Maximum Battleship kitbash. They were from White Ensign Models and are sold in sets of two. Well shaped and include etched brass for struts and props, but details are a little light, nothing you can't improve on, though. Decals will have to come from somewhere else, though. I just hate the Curtis Seahawk ... what an ugly airplane ... but the Kingfisher looks so elegant.
