I added some more Photo etch ladders ans 1 basket . I also added couple guns one the side

You're doing a fine job on the PE!

Just make sure to think about the order of attaching the photo etched material .. escpecially the railings - although there shouldn't ever be any problem with a little forethought. I, however, have managed to make trouble for myself more than once while building kits when my brain has not served to anticipate the easiest progression in the build.Embarrassed

I got new Photo Etch kit for this ship . Its been interesting working on this mast . Looks better

I personally like the way Trumpeter do their Hulls now instad of the waterline option with that shocking red lower Hull. Off to a nice start.....Cheers Mark

In The Yards - USS ESSEX 1/700 Hasegawa 1945, USS ESSEX 1/700 Dragon 1944, USS ESSEX 1/700 Trumpeter 1945, USS ESSEX 1/540 Revell (vintage) 1962, USS ESSEX 1/350 Trumpeter 1942, USS ESSEX LHD-2 as commissioned, converted from USS Wasp kit Gallery Models. Plus 35 other plastic and wood ship kits.

Since this is my 2nd ship build . This  will be  straight Out of the box build . 

I ask my wife for Christmas the Japan Sub that sank the Indianapolis .

Nice choice. I'm in a group build now, but once I'm finished with that, I'll be building my ship. Are you making this as a full hull or waterline build? I'm making mine as a waterline; I just can't see a ship out of water.

I been wanting to build a ship for some time . I decided on the kit . Later on in the build , I will be adding the Japan Submarine that sank the USS Indianapolis .
