You may have to pick a hull number or sister numbers), and search out plans that way.

You may want to check Shapeways for 3d parts to help out.  Might even be some FRAM stacks, which can be the hardest thing to come by.

There is (or was) some PE for SPS-10 radar; the SPS-40 may not be so easy or could be easier--been a while since I searched for any).

Yes.  See "Fletcher-Class Destroyers", by Alan Raven.  Among others, it has good drawings of USS Jenkins DD-447 with the flight deck.  Radford DD-446 and Nicholas DD-449 also received the same FRAM II flight deck as Jenkins.

If you are searching drawings online, you may also want to look for Hazelwood DD-531.  She was the first to have the flight deck, and looks a bit different from the three later modified ships.

Good luck,
Rick

Hi;

Naval Institute Press might have some. I was on a Newly Frammed Gearing when I saw a Fletcher so equipped . Was amazed there Fletchers still in service . Plus that they were being frammed too. We were outbound from Bremerton Naval yard while she was inbound! T.B.

There's photo evidence of Reserve Fletchers still in service for ridiculous spans.

There's a VN-era photo of a five-turret Fletcher (if memory serves, said ship had the Anti Kamikase Upgrade, but not the post war 3" 50 install).

Several soldiered on as DDE and DDR conversions--so as singular ships, and not as, say, squadrons of carrier escorts.

The Fletchers' main weakness was in not being well suited for conversion to "modern" CIC installations.  The Fletchers seemed to be able to better change how berthing was handled, unlike some later classes.
