Trouble getting on model warships

I lost my password to model warships and I've been trying to contact them but the don't answer. Also tried sending picture's of my latest model but they don't seem to get them.

I haven't been on their forum for a while. Anyone else having a problem or is just me

I have never had any problems on MWS.

If you have not been on in awhile, maybe you got knocked off. The FAQ section is not much help and contacts for logging-on help are non-existant it seems.

I sent a note , referencing your dilema, to Martin Quinn, one of the moderators over there. I will pass on anything I hear back.

I am a devoted follower of all of your work. Thanks for all your wonderful models and the info you've posted over the years.

Hi Millard,

Good to hear from you, its been a long time.

I have always had problems with MWS dropping the password I give my account. I too only visit but only a few time every couple of months. This last time, I have wrote down the 16 word alphanumeric password they sent me and use it now every time I log in.

It did take several days the last time for Timmothy to respond to unlock my account and assign the password. Since I have not changed my password, I have not had any problems.
