Wooden deck? Don't know because I don't use them. I use paint effects.
Accessory parts? I was really happy to find a set marked "equipment for navy ship A" (capitalized just that way :-) ) from S-Model, a Chinese company whose material is sold on ebay. I've never encountered a Set B.
This set A has a photo-etch sheet with ratlines, davits and ship'swheels and a couple of plastic sprues (similar to the Skywave/ Pitroad WWII and modern ship accessories) with boats, anchors and small guns. I used some parts from this set on a Combrig Aurora
I suppose if you shop around long enough in Shapeways, you may find some useful vents, but I haven't found anything yet.
