Hi Missileman!

Hey, my luck with them has been ZERO! They don't seem to understand the Phrase, fast patrol or Torpedoboats. They keep sending me to links on Model and Toy ocean liners and stuff. I sure as heck am not interested in a 1/12500 light up set piece!

They also seem to draw a blank at the words Large PLASTIC Motoryacht Kits! Lindberg had two I know of and Pyro had some that make good conversions. Another word they seem to have problems with is the word OLD!

Okay!

What I am looking for is "English" and American and others. They preferably will be  old style Rescue Boats or Patrol Torpedo boats. I am looking to convert some of the hulls to yachts. When I shop for them, it seems on the sites(Amazon,Etsy, etc.) they never heard of the word LARGE. Meaning 1/72 and up!

TB, you know what they say about definitions of "ships" and "boats".

Exactly what are you looking for?  Airfix big sailing ships (Victory, Prince, etc) or the tiny sailing ships that used to be in bag kits, or the 1/600 20th century steel ships?

Maybe I can help.

I've usually had good luck with eBay looking for old stuff.

 Just a short Question.

Does anyone know where I can get Airfix  Patrol Boat models from? Either foreign or domestic would be fine. I need some of their better hulls. Multi-Piece or not, some are fine looking as yachts!
