Yes it's 1/72 scale. The light green on the hull was just mixed up until it looked about right, my kit was in Japanese only and didn't list a color.

Nicely build!

With regards to the lower hull color: as the kit is part of my 'still-to-build' stack, I had a look. Crosslinking the Japanese plans with the English plans reveal that they suggest mixing 1 part XF8 (Flat Blue) with 2 parts X5 (Green).
