Deffinately! check out the 3-D figures at L'Arsenal. Photo-etch is good but these new figures are the best, worth the money. You can make Photo-etch more round adding either white glue or superglue to the figure then let it dry. First you have to bend them to the pose you want. then put the glue on if you take your time you can make them nice. The new ones from L'Arsenal even have folds in the shirts and pants. good luck.

Chris,

Go to the English section of their website (http://www.larsenal.com/GB/indexfr.php), and just send them an email. That's what I do. Or if you want to give Pacific Front Hobbies a try (www.pacificfront.com), they carry the line as well.

Thanks guys for the input. L"Arsenal is clearly the best.

Devin: I went to the L"Arsenal website and found that the catalog was in French. Is there any English version or do I just get out my French dictionary? Thanks again.

Check out the L'Arsenal figures in resin (I did a review of them you can view here: http://www.modelwarships.com/reviews/misc/l-arsenal/350-figures/figures.htm). In my opinion, the PE figures are just too flat for 1/350th scale, and these L'Arsenal offerings are fantastic options.

GMM do a PE set of figures in 1/350, however they are flat brass but relief etched to add some depth. I am sure that other companies also make these. You may also find white metal cast figures, although expensive are 3D
Hope this helps

I have just finished the Trumpy Essex and want to consider adding figures. Who makes them? Are any three-dimensional? Thanks for any help.
