Can anybody tell me the best source of out of production kits? I'm looking for the Revell Authentic kit # H302:89 "Chris*Craft - Flying Bridge Cruiser" copyright date was 1953. If anybody can help me, I will be checking this forum each day. Or I can be reached by email at krc1952@aol.com Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. Kasy

Kasy,
This site has one listed for sale
http://www.cahood.com/webcat10.htm
They want $125 for it though.
You can check ebay also.
Here is one on auction starting at $39 but gives an end date of 6/1/2005? Never dealt with them before.

Try doing a google search for
Revell Flying Bridge Cruiser
and check out what you get.
Good Luck,

I see a lot of them on ebay. Many however are built for some reason. Prices are like stock, they may go high around $60 or $70 then drop to around $30. Set a price of what you are willing to spend and start bidding.

Here is my quick link to Revell ebay ship kits.

Hey Thanks Phil and Scott. Looks like this kit may NOT be as hard to come by as I first thought. This just happens to be the first kit I ever build, back around 1960 or 1961 when I was in the third grade. I entered it in a talent contest, and was beat out by a kid who slapped on the worst paint job known to man, (I had not painted mine at all) on the same model. I'm not knocking his paint job just cause he beat me. To this day I've never see as bad a job. Streaks, runs, the brown plastic showing through all over the model. I mean, even then I probably could have done better than he. And I guess I should have. I just recently picked up this kit, but it had some broken and missing pieces, which is what sparked the renewed interest.

Anyway......Thanks for your responses. I now have places to search for it. Thanks again. Kasy (Ken Campbell)
