For larger models, Woodland Scenics makes rub on numbers that will work fine,. but GMM sets are very nice too. There are no fonts that I know of that will work exactly for the numbers the USN has been using. Floating Drydock makes a sheet of numbers which you could scan and scale using a photo editing program; this is another alternative. Good luck!

Gold Medal Models (GMM) sells decal sets for USN ship numbers in various scales. The can be gotten from just about any online supplier (squadron, roll models, etc.). As for doing them on the computer I don't know.

Does anyone know of websites where I can get USN ship numbers? This forum has been a great help to me in my modeling hobby and I'm psyched to read the entries.

Thanks
