just got my first resin kit, sub, Alpha class Kanavolov.
IF the keel is to be trimmed, as per the box photo,what do I use to trim the excess at the keel?

If you are referring to the feeder blocks, try to slice the larger bits off with a knife, scouring the resin several times with the knife, then snapping the bit off. Then sand to get to the hull. Use water proof sand paper as resin easily clogs the sand paper AND resin dust is highly dangerous to your health (your lungs in particular!)...
