I've got this model, but it's built, and I don't keep the instructions to models I've finished.
Have you contacted Revell for a replacement copy, or better still, return to the LHS you visited, tell them it was missing the instructions, and see if they will switch the kit out for another. After you make the switch, open it in the store and see if the instructions are there. Maybe Revell had a run of that kit with a flaw in the packaging process.
BTW, lots of stuff would need to be changed on that kit to make it "correct"; I don't know if you care or not about that, but some years back Ken Hart, past president of the SubComittee, wrote an excellent article on making that model right. I believe he had it as part of a dry dock diorama.
