Hey all,

yep it was to be the Me109T (T standing for "Trager" or carrier). an Me109T unit was created and the aircraft was built. i love the paintschemes they wore.

various aircraft where considered for the Graf Zeppelin and Peter Strasser. one of which was the Me262T MARINE. this was the naval version of the Me262 Schwalbe. it was a good idea but i don't think the Me262 was rugged enough to survive the landing.

best regards,

joe

The Germans built the Graf Zeppelin, which was almost completed.

Revell has a kit of this ship in 1/720 scale. It's a very nice kit when you add phototech to it.
