Bonhomme Richard by Aurora instructions
Posted by Anonymous on Friday, October 8, 2004 10:27 PM
I have been looking for the Aurora Bonhomme Richard ship model (1966) for over 20 years. I finally found a guy who has one to sell for $150. Only problem is that although all parts are still sealed in the plastic bags, the instructions are missing. Can anyone tell me where I might find them, either to download or order?

Hi,

Is it possible to use another set of instructions, I think the kit was traded and re-marketed by other companies? Do you know what scale the model is. You need to remember although the kit was Aurora it may have been re-popped by someone else.

Search this string on ebay, you night fins someone with an old kit.

I don't know the scale but the box states that the assembled ship is 2 feet long.
I have done many sailing ships over the years and I feel that I can assemble this one without the instructions but it would be nice to have them.

A quick note. On the left side of my posting, it says snap-together. I don't know where that came from. This kit is not a snap-together.
