Tamiya New Jersey kit 1/350
Posted by Anonymous on Monday, October 25, 2004 12:42 PM

I recently purchased this kit for under 10 dollars(great buy ). Iknew it didn't have the instructions. Can anyone help me? Anyone have a copy they are finished with?
Also there is a photoetch kit for this model. Is it worth the money? $18.99.
If you have built this model how did you like the kit and how did it turn out.
thanks for any and all replies.

I have a set of instructions for the Big J if you still need them. Drop me an e-mail with your mailling address if you still can't find a set and I'll send them out to ya.

I made mine before I really new there were photo etch sets for it. It is still a great kit just OOB.
Yes the photo etch sets are worth the money and can range from $18.00 to 45.00 depending on the size and detail you want.

Troy no thanks needed. I just hope you have as good a time as I did building her. That will be thanks enough.

I got the New Jersey as well and also the Missouri as well Im going to build both when I have a chance but Im going to try rigging them with wire instead of thread or stretched sprue since wire is more accurate for rigging and I have at least several yards of copper wire Big Smile [:D]
