You won't find much in 1/200 precisely, but you can easily use 1/192 scale, which is a standard scale...
Go to www.floatingdrydock.com, and look at HR Fittings in 1/192, they have EVERYTHING you'll need for this particular model. I refurbished a partially built Sterling Missouri as a New Jersey a few years back, and the client spent a ton of money on the fittings...
