US Navy Haze Grey
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, February 8, 2005 10:25 AM
Has anybody found a good color for the modern US Navy Haze Grey? I've tried just about every color and always end up mixing paint to ge tthe color I remember when I served. I'm doing both 1:350 and 1:700 scale kits?

Thanx

For modern US Navy- Testors Model Master makes the closest match-

It is called Neutral Grey- not sure of the FS number...

Hope this helps

I have had very good results with using the Tamiya Neutral gray Ref: AS-7.
I have done all my modern U.S. Navy ships with this.
Tamiya made by far the best spray paint for modelers.

Good luck.
