                        Wish I had a local hobby shop, the nearest one is 110 miles away in Memphis Tennessee.!!

                        I wish I could help you with mixes but I'm not good with paint hues etc, But I do know that model Master does a very good Deck Blue in their Marine colors range. Yopur LHS may have it.
