I know that there are some issues with gun port locations on the Atlanta; one on the starboard side (I believe) is incorrect. Also, on the Monitor the pilot house is molded as late in her career, and not for the famous battle. The Nashville has some issues as well according to the experts, but considering the derth of material available on her, I don't know how accurate she could be anyway!

One of the guys from my club has built several of the Ironclads. Said the Verlinden stuff is pretty good.
Here are some of his builds. Not sure if any are Verlinden or all Cottage Industries.

Any one you guys build one of the Verlinden American Civil War resin ships they are marketing? I'd like to build the Monitor but I'd like the low-down on the kit quality first. Any input appreciated. Thanks.
