What Types of Acrylic Gel Medium for Water?

O.K. I want to try my hand at making realistic looking water (w/waves) with acrylic gel medium.

We have a Curry's here and they have all kinds of this stuff so it is a bit confusing.

They have Golden, Liquitex, Rheotech, Tr-Art, and Venitian. And each one of those has a variety of choices to choose from.

Here is the link:

To many choices. LOL!

Can anyone recommend which one(s) would be the better choice?

I want it to dry "transparent" and glossy and be thick enough to creat waves that I can drybrush to make whitecaps.

Thanks,
