Connecticut-class model?
Posted by Anonymous on Monday, June 23, 2003 1:29 AM
Hey all. I'm new to modeling in general, and I've been checking out the Warships1.com page. I'd like to built a Connecticut-class battleship (BB-18 thru BB-25). Specifically, I'd like to build the USS New Hampshire (BB-25), which is named for my home state.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a model of this. I suppose I could scratchbuild it, but I have little to no experience in these matters. Scale, in this instance, is not horribly important. Any help you all could give would be appreciated!

Thanks!

No one to my knowledge does a model of the class. I would keep my eye on Ironshipwrights, as they've just annouced a BB-26 Michigan in 1/350 scale, in her 1918 fit.
