Thanks

Avoid the Shinano...it's a bath-tub toy at best. That being said, I have a Shinano I will be trying to correct...I know, I'm a masochist.

If you're going to build large scale, then Nichimo is a safe bet. They're destroyers are very nice, especially Kagero and Akizuki.

I have the Yamato, 1/250, huge alot of work will go into this build eventually, looks like a great challenge to upgrade for all the scratch building types or detailers. Got to find space for it before I build.

My main interest is the Nichimo 1/200 Yamato.. but I had never seen any of the Doyusha kits before and was just curious.

Thanks for the info on the destroyers. Maybe one of those will be next year's project. At my speed.. it may actually be the year after THAT!
