A good place to start is the Tamiya 1/350 scale Fletcher-class destroyer. Nice
detail and it practically falls together. There are lots of aftermarket accessories
for it; photoetch, decals, armament, etc. Reasonably priced, too.

I've been building planes and armour for a few years now and would like to try my hand at something different.I was wondering which kit would be best to start with?I like the look of some of the present day carriers.Cool [8D]
