Revell has also released two different kits of U boat and S boat crews. I saw a review of them the other day, but for the life of me I cant remember where.

Ahoy Vince,

No new compartments announced as of yet.

If your planning on modeling the boat with interior, here is some info
for you.

I just picked up some PREISER of Germany 1:72 scale Panzer crew
and Panzer maintentance figures. They are beautifully sculpted and
their uniforms could well pass for u-boat crew uniforms. Many
difference poses and they would look great inside the compartments
offered by CMK.
Also picked up RoG figures, sadly, a little static for my liking.
Warrriors also makes 2 sets of figures, a tower crew and a gun crew.

These figures will surely bring your u-boat interior to life.

Have a nice day and happy modeling,

Joe

I am normally an aircraft builder, but saw this kit at a local hobby shop. Decided to get it, and my FedEx guy says it will be here on Saturday. Looking for detail parts, etc, I saw that Czech Model Kits makes some interior compartment kits . Has anybody bought any of these kits, and if so, how are they. I know it probably has instructions on how to cut away the hull, but do they fit or are they more work than worth the effort. Also, does anyone know if Czech Models are making any other compartments besides the forward torpedo room, control room and the engine room? It might be worth the effort to do a cut-away with more detail than some of the older submarine kits of years ago
