Looking for ships

I have been looking for model kits of the battleship Texas and Vietnam era LST's without success. Has anyone seen these anywhere?

Texas is available through Iron Shipwrights as a resin kit in 1/350, however, they've apparently stopped production because it's been rumored that one is coming in plastic.

Vietnam era LSTs are a bit tougher...but I would suggest looking at the Iron Shipwrights site...

Michael:

Currently in production by Samek models in the Czech republic are two versions of the Battleship Texas (BB-35) in resin. The first version is as Texas appeared in 1942 and the second as she appeared in 1945. They are avalible from Pacific Front Hobbies in the USA http://www.pacificfront.com. I am currently building the 1945 version. The kit is highly detailed with resin and photoetch parts.

Chasing the ultimate build.
