The Titanic pics I swore I'd NEVER post
Posted by therriman on Thursday, July 28, 2005 4:28 PM
I swore I wasn't going to post these, but. These photos are of my Minicraft 1/350 Titanic. This model took a fall off the entertainment center (about 5 feet). I had to set it aside for almost a year. But once I went back to it. It went back together in a day. I'm not truly happy with the kit. And I didn't bother with the radio antenna between the 2 mast. If you could see the mast up close you would see they've been busted several times. As I said I'm not happy with it, but my wife likes it, and I've gotten several nice comments. Even the PE was "repairable".

Looks good Tim! That's enormous! I dunno maybe it's a wife thing but mine has this big dream of me building that Monogram B-36 to hang from the ceiling... She thinks it's cool because it is so big....

I never should have told her I built one back in the 80's... now I can't use the excuse that "it's beyond my skill level" haha... maybe I'll pull out the "all that putty could affect our health, back then it didn't affect me because we didn't know any better" excuse.

Thank's Jeff

That part of the lawn is partially bare due to that being the dog's area.
