Cruiser USS Boston

About thirty years ago when I was in my early teens I built a Revell model of the cruiser USS Boston. Does anyone out there remember this kit, and is it possible that one of you might have an unbuilt kit lying around that you might want to part withBlush [:I]

The Low Down

The kit you mention is the Revell kit H-334 USS Boston "S". THe kit is in 1/480 scale produced from 1956-1959. Reissued as G-333 in 1956, G-359 in 1958, H-372 USS Canberra in 1960, H-461 USS Boston in 1968, and H-461 USS Boston in 1972. I built the kit twice when I was young and I have been chasing it on Ebay for over 3 years now.Smile I've seen it go over $50 US on Ebay. [}:)]

I was thinking of kitbashing the new 1/700 plastic [Skywave?] USS Baltimore kit into the USS Canberra, because it would be slightly easier to aquire the necessary parts from my spare part box.

Chasing the ultimate build.
