Perry frigate - Insane Detail question No. 1
Posted by mfsob on Monday, August 29, 2005 6:28 PM
I am starting on my next project, FFG-8, the USS McInerney, which is one of the "stretched" Perry class.

I have the 1/700 Dragon kit, which looks pretty nice. My question is, there are two stern pieces, No. 60 and No. 53. The first one looks like the "standard" Perry stern, but No. 53 looks vaguely like pictures of the McInerney, whose stern has a much more pronounced sheer to it. Anyone know which one is correct, or am I obsessing again?
