Tissue paper and a 50/50 mix of white glue and water. The tissue paper is thin so you can layer it up however thick you need and make folds in it, whatever. Paint when dry. Also works for canvas over railings, life boats, search lights, aircraftt any thing else. enjoy........ G.L.
