Missiouri 16" guns
Posted by Anonymous on Sunday, September 25, 2005 1:14 PM
I made in opps, while drilling out one of the 16" guns I wrecked one of them. I have the 1/350 tamiya. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem ? I really do not want to order a new tree from tamiya.

Thanks

Thanks for the suggestions....One other question that came up, I was looking at the PE windows for the ship, & I know that I have to cut out the old ones. On the instruction sheet it says something about applying clear styrene glazing, what is this? & why would you use it?

Clear styrene is just what it says - clear plastic.

Check the Evergreen display at the LHS. Another option is one of the clear plastic containers from the salad bar at the grocery store

The kit should have one extra 16 inch gun, mine did. Would save the trouble of having to craft one yourself.
