White Ensign Models has a detail set and also Kreigsmarine doors and portholes that I used on this vary kit. The instuctions are for the Tamiya kit but everything lines up perfectly.
Which bulkhead details are you asking about? I know the Academy kit lacks a lot of surface detail that needs to be either scribed or added by using stretched sprue. The detail sets though should give you everything you need.
