Gold Medal's modern USN set lists the following: railing in several styles including pre-shaped sections for upswept bow. Vertical and inclined ladders, flight deck safety nets, SH-60 helicopter rotors, yardarm footrails and anemometers, screws for Spruance and Ticonderoga-class ships (1/350 version only), SPS-6, SPS-10, SPS-12, SPS-29, SPS-40, SPS-49, and OPS-14B radars, masts and platforms for FF-1052 and FFG-7 class ships.

As for Mk13 torpedo tubes, ASROC, and tripod masts, you'll either have to scrounge them from another kit, scratchbuild them, or contact Commander's models and ask if they'll sell you parts from their FRAM Gearing kit.

Veteran Models sells accessory packs in 1:350 scale

A vendor in the States is Commanders/Iron Shipwright. See the link on their page at
http://www.commanderseries.com/veteran_models.html

Veteran includes the triple torpedo tubes and the ASROC launcher. They are very high quality.

You can probably make the tripod mast better out of brass rod or tube. Resin masts are usually soft and warp or break or warp under the strain of rigging.

Tom's Modelworks makes a square-bridge update set for the Fletcher. It is not in the online catalog and I believe it is going out of production. I've heard that Tom Harrison of Tom's has several sets left. Contact him directly regarding availability

Good luck finding a copy...I got mine (after a long search) from Bob Steinbrunn, he had just finished his USS Kidd model a few years back.

I would suggest posting to the message board at Steelnavy and Modelwarships.
