My Benson class Destroyer (USS Tillman)

Below are pics of my first attempt at a resin kit and water scene. Manufactured by Blue Water Navy/Yankee Modelworks this kit was a joy to build. I finished it in Pollyscale paints, airbrushed the base coat, and then hand painted the measure 12 camo. I backdated it to 42 (kit is for 43+) and added gun tub supports as well as brass yardarms. The water was handpainted acrylic gel medium. Enjoy.

What scale is that?

And the base looks great - my next 1/700 scale ship, I am going to dive into the acrylic gel water thing because Jeff Herne said it's easy to do. And if Jeff said it, it MUST be true! Right Question [?]
