                        Does anyone know if there are kits available for the Garcia-class frigates? I have a friend that served on the Albert David and I'd like to do a model of it for him. Thanks!

                        Scale Shipyard, http://scaleshipyard.com/Catalog%20Pages/destroyers.html#USS%20Garcia, makes a fiberglass hull in 1:96 scale. The hull comes with plans. Dimensions are 51 & 13/16" LOA and 5 & 1/2" beam. BaD Ship Models, http://www.badshipmodels.com/garcia.html, also makes a 1:96 scale GARCIA kit.
