Merry Christmass IJN Ryujo

A very good friend and I have decided to compete against each other at a April 06 model show. He's building a 1/700 Independance class light carrier so I just ordered a 1/700 Fujmi Ryujo. This is gonna be like "dueling light carriers".  Why Ryujo?  It's a rather odd boat, bridge way up at the bow, under the flight deck, kinda appeals to me.  Yeah I got P.E. comeing and doing water is no problem (it's a water line kit) BUT have any of you guys built this kit and what am I in for???   On the other hand, good scotch got me into this and will help me (and him) through to the contest so I'm going all out and we'll see.   Any info or refrence pics/websites would be most helpfull.   Merry Christmass to all and I hope ya get the models & accessories ya want from santa.               g.l.
