That's exactly what I was looking for.   I guess the box art and the model I looked at were a little too uniform in their waves.

I think I understand what you want & upon looking at the pattern you've used, there are a few lines that are "too straight" (towards the stern) Here's a good shot of a camo pattern done during the Dolittle Raid

I'm not concerned about the colors, but thanks anyway guys.  What I wanted to know is if the wavey shapes look proper as they are now or if I should make them smaller and more jagged.

The colors on the hull were 5-N Navy Blue (the darker color) and 5-O Ocean Gray (the lighter color); on the superstructure the colors were 5-O Ocean Gray and 5-H Haze Gray (the lighter color). The flight deck was stained Norfolk 250-N Flight Deck Stain, and external steel decks and steel horizontal surfaces were painted 20-B Deck Blue. If you're detailing the hangar bay interior, the hangar deck was painted #20 Standard Deck Gray, while the bulkheads and overheads were 5-U White.

I do not know which colors were used right off but, someone will come along & can help with that.
I just ran a google search & here's a good source of pics.
