Hello fellow modelers,
From the topic you know what I am going to talk about. I have purchased the Heller's 1/150 Pamir from my LHS. This is Taiwan. When I got home, I found that somne of the railing pieces were broken. I asked my LHS to help with this, but here in Taiwan, Let the buyer beware, is a very important phrase to be taken.
Anyhow, I found the Heller website and wrote a short e-mail about the problem and the sprue with the problems. This was about 4 weeks ago. Today, without prior acknowledgement that they recieved the e-mail, I recieved the sprue. All of it.
So, I am here to say that I am happy with Heller's Customer service. Not next day, but I did get the sprue without any additional cost.
Thank you Heller. Good for you. I have seen posts here about Revell's customer service. I can say that I am at least 1 happy customer. I will do business with you again.
I hope all of you have recieved this kind of treatment from Heller also.
