Where can I pre-order the new RoG 1/72 U-boat Type VII ?

Hi,

Anybody knows where can I pre-order the new RoG 1/72 U-boat Type VII from an european dealer ? And, of course, as cheap as possible.

Thanks,

Alex

You have three choices that I'm aware of; Hannants in the UK, White Ensign Models in the UK, or L'Arsenal in France. Not being from the EU, I'm sure there's others that are taking pre-orders.

The new Type VIIc/41 will feature the extended Wintergarden, most likely with two 20mm guns on the upper deck and a 37mm gun on the lower deck.  The main deck gun will be deleted.  It will likely also have a schnorkel fit.   It will most likey be a model of the U995 which is a preserved museum ship in Laboe

Damn... Another 1/72 project which I simply can't miss... But smokinguns3 is right: if one decides to build two U-Boats (Type-VIIC and Type VIIC/41), then the Gato sub, then the Flower-class corvette and finally the German Schnellboat, where will he find the necessary space to show all the models? And I'm not even mentioning the diplomatic crisis with his wife...

By the way, does anybody know when this new beauty is supposed to be released from its cage (I'm talking about the kit)?

There is a groupbuild on the Battle of the Atlantic, starting Feb. 1 if anyone's interested to join and build a Type VIIC/41 U-Boat...
