Some of us are intrigued by sailing ship models. The "Utrecht
Staatenjacht" from Artitec has been posted here. It is a magnificient
crafted resin kit.
Meanwhile Artitec comes up with a new resin kit of a so called
"Galjoot". However, the drawback always is: the size is not that huge
since HO scale. Nevertheless great looking ship and hopefully as valid
as the "Staatenjacht":

I would like to see such an Artitec ship in "Fine Scale Modeler".
Sailing ships are in the minority there. This is one of the reasons why
I seldom care to buy a copy. I would, however, if the news-stand prices
in Europe would be a bit more moderate. In Europe (Austria) I am
supposed to pay around EUR 11.40,- for one issue (this is
around $14).
