The picture is too small to read the name of course, but it's deffinetly a ship belonging to the world famous "Smit" company who owns tugs like the "Smit Rotterdam", "Smit London" and once called the most beutifull sea tug in the world ; the "Zwarte Zee"
The tug on the pic looks like either the Rotterdam or London.
Neither the "houston" nor "New York" I am familiar with, so it could easily be one of those as well.

In a report from the Nuremburg Toy Fair there are several listings of Smit tugs planned by Revelll

The new Revell-Germany catalog has a deep-sea tug on the cover (not H. Marwede), but a big salvage tug. Not mentioned anywhere on their website... anyone know what this is?
