I like it.  The main thing is that you are happy with it - that is what counts the most. It is satisfying to do something that you are happy with for sure !

Well, here are the next two pics, painting has been finished, all that needs to be done now, are the masts and the decals... oh and a decent stand of course.





As I said before, I know it's not accurate both the shape and the colorscheme, but I like it this way Smile [:)]

Looks great, Like i've said before you are a braver man than me to tackle this kit.. I did YMW 1/350 resin kit of the Seawolf which is a gem..

Hey guys, a while back I asked you for some information about the Seawolf, remember ?
Anyway, I've had some time to work on the big Trumpeter kit and this is what I have so far...

The "Gap" as a result of the lower hull being 2mm shorter than the upper half :



A little further in the building process :



And the same gap after filling, sanding, priming, filling, sanding etc... :



I know, that seawolf is currently full black, but since the shape of the hull isn't accurate anyway I decided to go my own way and give her a three-tone scheme.

For some reason, I've been bitten by the sub-bog recently and this will be my next sub on the assambly line, same scale, but somewhat smaller :
