1/350 British Carrier

Hi everyone,
I was curious awhile back probably 2 years ago now, I saw a post on a possible British/Austrailian carrier in 1/350 scale from OzMods. Does anybody know the status of this. Seeing new 1/350 plastic offerings a hope they decided to make it. Also how about modern 1/350 British carriers like an Invincible class or the 1982 HMS Hermes fit during the Falklands, or 1977 HMS Ark Royal fit when she carried the Phantoms.
