If anyone has done this, please respond. 1) How do you place the decals on the deck? I see there is a white circle and then broken lines that I assume form a swastika. Do you overlay obne decal on the other? second, I thought this was a waterline kit, it is not. Anyone ever convert something like this to waterline? I guess I could leave it without the lower hull but I failed to paint a thin red line on it. Any ideas?
